I reached out to juul support a few different times and didn’t get much back. When they finally replied, it felt like a generic copy-and-paste message and didn’t really solve the issue. I made sure to keep my messages and details saved just in case, because I didn’t want to be stuck with no record of anything. Overall, it was frustrating waiting around without clear help, and definitely not what I expected

I do like how small and easy the Juul is to use, which is one of the reasons I got it. But the battery life has been frustrating. Mine usually doesn’t even make it through a good part of the day before I have to charge it again. For what it costs, I really expected it to last longer. Having to bring the charger with me all the time gets old fast.

"I’ve been using the JUUL subscription for…"
I’ve been using the JUUL subscription for a few months now, it’s been easy. It definitely helps me not forget to order, which is the main reason I signed up. Shipping is usually on time, though one box did show up a couple days late, and the tracking, was a little slow to update. Changing my delivery date was simple, though, so that helped. It’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been solid
"Reliable little device so far"
I picked this up after seeing a few other people mention it worked well, and so far, I’d agree. It’s been reliable and does what I need without any fuss. Curious if others have had the same experience long term, but for now I’m happy with it

"Felt good to get exactly what I ordered"
I remember opening the box and feeling that little bit of relief when everything was actually right. My order from JUUL had the exact flavors I picked, the right quantities, and nothing missing. It might sound simple, but after past orders from other places going wrong, it was nice to just get what I expected without any hassle.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I had to return an order, and the whole refund process was frustrating. Customer support did get back to me, but it felt really slow, and I kept having to check in for updates. I did get my money back in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth or easy process.

I’ve been using the mint and Virginia tobacco flavors for a while now and they’re good, the mint is fresh without being overly sweet and the Virginia tobacco has a clean taste that doesn’t feel too heavy, and while I do notice that some pods can feel a little different from one batch to the next, it hasn’t really bothered me enough to stop buying them because overall I’m still happy with the flavor and how smooth they are...

"Getting Too Pricey 😕"
The device itself works fine, so no real complaints there. But the pods have gotten way too expensive lately, and it just doesn’t feel like the value is there anymore. It’s getting hard to justify buying them at these prices 😬

Mine still works fine, but after a few weeks the device started getting loose. That part was weird because I didn’t really expect it to wear out or shift that quickly

It took a little bit, but I wasn’t in a big rush and I probably had a couple things on my end slowing it down too. In the end, they verified me without any problem, so I’m happy with it.

I’ve been dealing with this charger constantly disconnecting all day, and it’s really frustrating. It barely works, and I feel like I’m just being ignored while trying to get something basic to function.

"Pods feel a bit hit or miss lately"
I’ve been ordering from juul.com for a while now, and the shipping part has been smooth. Nothing really to complain about there, which is nice because I hate having to chase down orders. The weird thing is the pods themselves. Some seem totally normal, and then randomly I’ll get one that feels like it’s basically done after a day, and I’m sitting there like, wait, did I use it that much or was this pod just weak?
Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the way I’m using them, or maybe I just notice it more now because they’re not exactly cheap. Either way, for the price, I’d expect them to feel a little more consistent from pod to pod. Not terrible, not amazing. Just kind of annoying enough that I’d give it 3 stars.

My orders usually show up right around when they’re supposed to, which is reassuring. One delivery was a day late, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d just appreciate knowing if there’s any delay so I’m not left wondering.

It’s a little frustrating how often stuff is out of stock. When they actually have my pods, the checkout process is smooth and easy enough, so that part is fine. But the availability feels hit or miss, which makes the whole experience less reliable than I’d like.

The device itself feels fine to use, and at first I was happy with it. But a few of the pods have had this burnt taste that instantly reminded me of the first time I got a bad hit from one, it kind of ruins the moment. When it works, it’s nice, but that burnt flavor popping up sometimes makes me hesitate before using it.
